Our Leadership Team

Baker’s Pro Construction is led by Dan, Tanner, and Landen Baker — a family team combining real field experience, strong education, and modern project management.

Dan Baker brings over 20 years of hands-on construction and sitework experience. He holds licenses in landscaping, pesticides, irrigation, and stormwater systems, giving our projects proven durability and craftsmanship.

Tanner Baker is a licensed General Contractor in both North Carolina and South Carolina. He manages project planning, scheduling, subcontractors, permitting, and client communication. Tanner holds two associate degrees from NC State University in Turfgrass Management and Agribusiness Management.

Landen Baker is also a licensed General Contractor with a bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University and previous study at Wake Forest University. He oversees daily field operations and ensures consistent quality across every project.

Together, our family-run team provides direct communication, hands-on leadership, and reliable results throughout both Carolinas.
